Organic red lentils simmered in authentic Indian spices and coconut with choice of rice, millet, or quinoa. Add chive pudla (Indian crèpe) for $2 extra.

This dish is 100% vegan. The water used in cooking is reverse osmosis purified. The cooking oil used is organic coconut oil. 

In addition to the cancer-fighting ingredient turmeric, lentils are high in soluble fibre, making them helpful in reducing cholesterol, and preventing heart disease. They are high in protein, representing 26% of their weight.  That's third highest amongst all legumes and nuts. And they are a good source of iron. Although lentils include many beneficial nutrients like fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins, they are still low in calories and contain virtually no fat.
